February 2022

This past month, I hosted three online public meetings across Ealing Southall’s seven wards. I want to thank all those who were able to join, contribute and share their views on what Ealing, Southall is like to live in and what they would like to see change. From discussions on parking and potholes to women’s safety, the need for more social housing and the unfortunate closure of Southall Sports Centre, over the next few weeks and months I will act on the concerns voiced where possible in Parliament and as I engage with various institutions, including Ealing Council and the police.

I welcome you to write to me at sharmav@parliament.uk to continue this important conversation and let me know what you would like to see change in Ealing, Southall.

I plan on hosting another set of in person meetings this Summer – do keep an eye out, it would be great if you can join me.
