Virendra Sharma MP supports opening of new ‘green’ laundry business in Southall

The Caterers Linen Supply (CLS), the UK’s first ‘green laundry’ service, officially opened on the 2nd February 2010 for business in Southall on the Great Western Industrial Estate with the support of the Ealing Southall MP Virendra Sharma.

As UK’s only steamless laundry service CLS is taking a lead in reducing carbon emissions in the UK’s laundry industry. Virendra Sharma MP had the opportunity to meet with CLS executives and personnel to experience its service first-hand. He said:

“Every one of us needs to be doing their bit to reduce their carbon footprint and become more eco-friendly, and Caterers Linen Supply has certainly set a good example.”

Virendra Sharma MP is a strong supporter of the green initiative and continues to promote environmental friendly businesses within his Ealing Southall constituency.
