In July I hosted a non-partisan Politics Summer School for 16-18 year olds living, working or going to school in Ealing Southall interested in learning more about politics. Over three days, students visited Ealing Council, London Assembly and Parliament. While there, they had the opportunity to ask questions directly to elected officials, discuss paths of changemaking and learn about how to get involved in politics themselves.  

It was a great success, and I am already looking forward to running next year’s Summer School.
