Health Questions on A&Es

On 25th February I was given the opportunity to ask a question during Health Questions to the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Public Health.

Attendances at hospital A&E departments have increased drastically in the first three years of this Government; from 16,000 in the last three years of the Labour Government to 633,000 in the first three years of this Government.

With increasing waiting times and the Government’s decision to close and slash A&Es in West London, these figures are worrying. The Government is presiding over an A&E crisis.
